Metric Herbicide 1L

Metric Herbicide is a distinctive selective herbicide designed specifically for turfgrass, featuring 400 g/L of the active ingredient Metribuzin.

It is the first Metribuzin-based product in Australia approved for use in managing crowsfoot grass in common couch turf.

Metric is a selective post-emergent herbicide, applied after weeds have emerged, and is effective against Crowsfoot Grass, Winter Grass, and Summer Grass in established turf varieties such as Couch, Zoysia, Queensland Blue Couch, and Buffalo. It works by being absorbed through the roots, shoots, and leaves of the targeted weeds.

Application Guidelines:

• Apply using 400 to 800 L of water per hectare

• For heavier weed infestations, use the higher volume to ensure thorough spray coverage

• Complete and even coverage is crucial for optimal weed control

• Avoid overlapping spray runs

• Do not apply when conditions prevent uniform spray distribution or if drift is likely to occur
